Manifesto of The New Sunday

Every league member reading this message board post is the victim of countless crimes committed by Pat. For the past fourteen weeks, the league’s oligarchy has made a cruel game of manipulating every facet of this competition to their favor. This can no longer be allowed to continue. We, the oppressed members of this league, are not held responsible for succumbing to tyranny but We also hold true that the only way to reclaim our autonomy is through revolution.

Freedom is but an empty illusion when one class of fantasy manager can defraud another with impunity. Equality is but an empty illusion when conspirators establish a secret ruling class. The League is but an empty illusion when one person controls all the results.

With these truths made evident, We declare the formation of an independent Fantasy Football League for the 2022 season. This breakaway league of the People, by the People, and for the People will be founded on the principles of liberty, equality, and unity. We will aspire to give all members the most moral and enjoyable Fantasy Football experience possible.

Pending criminal background tests, Gin and Chronic league members will be given the opportunity to be founding members of this new, ethical league. Naturally, Pat and Commissioner Valdes will be prohibited from participating. These tyrants will be totally shunned by the People’s League and left for God to chastise in this life or the next. A better future awaits all those pure of heart.
